Bad News About Web Fonts
Realized something important...
LibreWolf, my browser of choice, doesn't load in your local fonts(?)- it's not super clear to me if this is my issue but it's consistent. I can put a link tag and load it in from Google Fonts or one of the mirrors but like I originally said I didn't want to load in a font on the page and just rely on what you have. Sad that I can't even see my own web site's Official font!
On the mobile front, this site looks kinda weird in iOS in general but particularly I haven't been able to get Safari on iOS to load in the font either. The link tag didn't do it- not sure if iOS Safari doesn't support the file type or just hates web fonts in general, haven't worked with iOS Safari enough to tell. I tried using apps to install fonts on my phone as well but they don't see visible to iOS Safari unfortunately. Generally I'm pretty content with Apple products but every now and then there's a frustrating limitation like this.
I might have considered the link tag if it got the font working on my telephone but nope! Oh well, it's perfectly fine if a site looks different on different computers.
