I'm the World's Tallest Ladder. I'm Mario, Wahoo!

I was born in 1990 and I live in Seattle, Washington, USA.

I'm a programmer that's been doing mostly some kind of web development since around 2002. I've always been pretty interested in social technology like forums and IRC. I prioritize open source software and getting more people away from technology who's profits rely on unethical business models and a fantasy of infinite growth.

I despise gambling, slavery, fascism, racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, other bigotries, smart advertising, tracking technology, data hoarding, cryptocurrency, large language model technology, violating operator consent, and other harms against humanity.

I'm into urbanism and I'm a communist. I want to build a brighter today that can last.

Find me elsewhere online:

Don't find me on Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook and other Meta platforms (Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, et. al), Discord, Matt Mullenweg's Wordpress and Tumblr, Elon Musk's X the everything app. Only on Bluesky due to the work Wafrn has done with it. Twitch and YouTube are also begrudgingly.
